Hello, I’m Andrei Obreja, a junior in high school with a passion for music, video editing, graphic design, and programming. I’ve always been drawn to creative expression, whether it’s producing beats, designing visuals, or creating games, but what fascinates me even more is how technology can push creativity further. Computational media is the perfect intersection of all of these interests. Computational media is the process of producing, modifying, and researching media forms utilizing computer technology.
This blog is a place for me to explore computer technology and its influence on digital media whether it’s AI-assisted editing, interactive graphics, algorithmic music, or generative design. I want to understand how computation is transforming fields of art. I will be sharing experiments, videos, books, and my experiences with programming as a creative tool.
